In the Ateya family they are ceramist from father to son. They transmit their savoir-faire from a generation to another. Yassine has therefore learned how to be a fekhar (ceramist in dialectal arabic) from his father who still works with him. He makes tagines in red clay lead-free with a metal belt around each of them insuring resistance to fire. Yassine is part of the teal Karimarrakech, a young brand launched in 2016 which highlights the savoir-faire and creativity of Moroccan artisans.
